※ Analytical method：

Using C18 column, with acetonitrile: water (volume ratio 30：:70) solution as mobile phase, detection with ultraviolet detector at 306 nm. Results showed that the concentration of resveratrol in 10 ~ 250 mu g/mL, the concentration had good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9999); Standard addition recovery is 9.25% ~ 9.25%; The lowest concentration of 0.6 mg/g. Can adjust the flow rate at the same time in the production of measuring knotweed glycosides and enzymolysis of resveratrol
